Planned Sophos Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) maintenance for all the ZTNA points of presence.
It is suggested that customers enable automatic failover between points of presence in the ZTNA settings for seamless connectivity.

Impact

You can turn on seamless PoP failover in the ZTNA settings for seamless connectivity.

The maintenance window is two hours per point of presence, with potential performance degradation. ZTNAaaS users should not experience any downtime during this maintenance window.

Customers can either temporarily configure a different point of presence or use gateways in on-premise mode during this window.
